What is Get It Dunn

The rally to Get It Dunn started in 2011 as a way for friends and family of Amy Dunn to stand beside her as she fought a diagnosis of Stage IV melanoma. Get It Dunn became both a support system and a fundraising effort to help Amy receive and get through the treatment she needed. Just as importantly, and all too fittingly, Get It Dunn was also a mantra for Amy’s “give it all you’ve got” approach to living life. She gave her best and demanded the best from others. She got it done.

Today, we strive to embody the spirit of Getting It Dunn in our daily lives to honor and remember Amy. Since her passing, Amy's family and friends continue to Get It Dunn by promoting melanoma awareness and sun safety – primarily through our annual fun run, Run for Dunn.
